Effective Date: October 5, 2026
Credit Score Insider is operated by Turnkey Advisory Holdings, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This notice explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit creditscoreinsider.com, request assessment details, or use our services.
Information we collect
Website inquiries. Our inquiry forms collect your first and last name, email address, telephone number, and referring loan officer’s name. We also receive information you choose to include in communications with us.
Client information. After you sign a service agreement and become a client, we collect information needed for the services you authorize. Depending on those services, this may include your date of birth, Social Security number, identification documents, credit reports and scores, financial or income information, account documents, and supporting correspondence. We also maintain agreements, authorizations, communications, and service records.
Credit report access. Clients authorize access through MyScoreIQ or another approved third-party service. Where a client separately agrees, we may receive credit-monitoring login credentials for authorized access. Submission of an inquiry alone does not authorize credit-report access.
Payments. Payments are processed through Authorize.net. Payment information provided to the processor is subject to its privacy practices. We maintain payment-related records needed to administer your service agreement.
Website activity. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, maintains traffic statistics and server access and error logs. These may include IP addresses, request dates and times, requested pages or resources, browser and device information, approximate country derived from an IP address, and technical information about requests and responses.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, identification documents, passwords, or full credit reports through the general inquiry form or ordinary email. Sensitive client documents should be submitted through our Client Dispute Manager portal.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, send requested assessment details, schedule consultations, assess credit profiles, provide authorized services, communicate about progress, administer agreements and payments, maintain records, operate our website and systems, help prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
We obtain information directly from you and, when authorized, through your credit-monitoring provider or another approved third-party service. We do not receive client credit reports from referring lenders or other referral partners.
How we disclose information
Service providers. We use providers supporting website hosting, contact management, communications, credit management, document storage, payment processing, electronic signatures, and meetings. Our current providers include Hostinger, HubSpot, Client Dispute Manager, Authorize.net, Zoom, and approved credit-monitoring services. These providers receive information relevant to the functions they perform.
Authorized professionals. With your authorization in the service agreement, we may communicate with lenders, loan officers, realtors, financial advisors, and other professionals you approve. Depending on the scope of your authorization, information shared may include credit scores, progress summaries, anticipated timelines, and complete credit reports. You may withdraw authorization for future disclosures by submitting a written request to info@creditscoreinsider.com. Withdrawal does not reverse disclosures already made.
Authorized service activities. We may disclose relevant information to credit reporting agencies, creditors, collectors, or other parties when necessary to perform services you authorize.
Legal purposes. We may disclose information when required or permitted by law, including to respond to lawful requests, address fraud, or protect legal rights.
We do not sell, rent, or exchange prospect or client contact lists. We do not provide contact information to other companies for their own marketing or upload prospect or client contact lists to Meta, Google, or other advertising platforms.
Access from outside the United States
An assistant located outside the United States may access client information through company-controlled accounts to support our services. Access is restricted according to job responsibilities and is subject to a confidentiality agreement.
Website analytics and privacy signals
Our website does not use cookies.
Hostinger’s built-in analytics and server logs help us understand website traffic, monitor performance, identify errors, and maintain website security. These functions collect technical information about website requests separately from information you voluntarily submit through an inquiry form or provide as a client.
Do Not Track. Our website honors browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals.
Global Privacy Control. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as requests to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
These privacy signals do not prevent processing necessary to deliver requested website pages, maintain security, meet legal obligations, or provide services you authorize.
Communications and your choices
When you request assessment details, we follow up by email and return calls you request. An assessment inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter or unrelated promotional campaign. We do not use automated calls or text messages, and we do not record calls or meetings.
To stop inquiry follow-up, email info@creditscoreinsider.com. We may still send communications needed to administer an existing service agreement or meet legal obligations. Requesting information does not enroll you in a paid service.
Privacy requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing info@creditscoreinsider.com. Greg Spaulding handles privacy requests. We verify identity before releasing sensitive information or making changes that require verification.
We respond as required by applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for legal, contractual, recordkeeping, or fraud-prevention purposes. Available rights and exceptions depend on the law that applies to your request.
Information security and retention
We use restricted access, a secure client portal, protected devices, confidentiality agreements, and a written information-security policy to help protect personal information. No electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Prospects who decline service. We delete inquiry information seven days after the prospect declines service.
Prospects who do not respond. We delete inquiry information seven days after our last follow-up attempt.
Client records. We retain client records, including identification documents and credit reports, for 12 months after services are completed or canceled, then remove them from HubSpot and Client Dispute Manager.
These periods are subject to any longer retention required by applicable law or necessary to preserve records relating to a legal claim, investigation, or dispute. Website hosting logs are maintained separately under the hosting provider’s applicable retention practices.
Third-party services and affiliate links
Our website or communications may link to independent services. When you follow an affiliate link, you provide information directly to that provider; we do not send your contact information to the affiliate partner. Independent providers, including credit-monitoring services, have their own privacy notices governing their collection and use of information.
Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact info@creditscoreinsider.com so we can address it.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our practices or legal requirements change. We will post the revised notice on this page with an updated date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
